Axiom Manufacturing Systems has been acquired by Magic Software Enterprises.
And we couldn’t be more excited about what this means for our customers.
The Backstory
Earlier this year, we partnered with Magic Software. They had global reach and solid technology platforms, and we had the boots-on-the-ground manufacturing expertise to make their tools actually work in plants.
Turns out, that combination worked.
Really well.
The partnership let us stabilize our business while we helped them build credibility in manufacturing. And somewhere along the way, we realized we were better together than apart.
So they bought us.
What This Actually Means for Customers
Here’s what matters: nothing changes about how we work with you.
Same team. Same approach. Same obsession with practical results over PowerPoint theater.
We’re still going to get our hands dirty in your plants. We’re still going to push back when the shiny new thing isn’t the right answer. We’re still going to recommend whatever tools actually solve your problems, even if they’re not Magic’s tools.
That was non-negotiable for us.
What does change: we now have real resources behind us. Better integration platforms. Global support when you need it. And the financial stability to focus on your problems instead of our own.
The official press release talks about “strategic alignment” and “comprehensive integration solutions.”
And that’s all true.
It doesn’t capture the relationships with customers who stuck with us through the rough patches. Or the team members who could’ve jumped ship to easier gigs but didn’t.
This acquisition is the culmination of a lot of people betting on each other when the outcome wasn’t guaranteed.
What’s Next
More of what we’ve been doing, but faster and at scale.
We’re doubling down on small and mid-market manufacturers who get ignored by the big consultancies.
One Last Thing
To everyone who’s been part of this journey, customers, partners, team members, mentors, and the random LinkedIn connections who’ve sent encouragement at exactly the right moments, thank you.
We’re just getting started.
